It's a Pinstripe Alley Podcast reunion, as Tanya and Greg rejoined me to preview the Yankees' Wild Card playoff matchup against the Astros tonight. We understandably had some anxieties about the entire season coming down to one game (particularly one against Astros ace Dallas Keuchel), and we tried our best to not collapse in anguish. It's a trip, to say the least.
Along the way, we also talked about our support of CC Sabathia during his struggles with alcoholism, as well as our awe of Alex Rodriguez's remarkable comeback season. Then, Carlos Correa came up, and the conversation got, well... a little sillier than normal, even by our standards. Blame the one-game playoff delirium!
