MLB.com | Bryan Hoch: Last night CC Sabathia moved ahead of Hall of Famer Warren Spahn and up to 25th place on the all-time strikeout list after recording the 2,584th strikeout of his career. He just needs 24 more to pass Tom Glavine.

CBS Sports | Roger Rubin: Alex Rodriguez has had a slow start to the season, but he insists that his struggles are mechanical and not due to him getting older. He is still hoping he'll hit 26 more home runs this year to pass Babe Ruth on the career home run list.

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: Backup outfielder Aaron Hicks was removed from last night's game after diving for a ball and coming up short. He is suffering from a sore shoulder and is considered day-to-day, but isn't expected to undergo any tests.

New York Post | Dan Martin: The Yankee offense hasn't provided much run support for any of the starting pitchers lately, and that has been especially true when Luis Severino is on the mound. Since he was called up last August, the Yankees have scored three or fewer runs in 13 of Severino's 14 starts.
