Mark Teixeira may have more tests on his leg; Hiroki Kuroda is having a nice season in Japan.

ESPN New York | Matthew Wallace: Mark Teixeira has sat out every game but one since getting hit in the shin on August 17th, and it looks like he is going to miss more time. The Yankees didn't put him on the DL, but they might as well have. Tex says he still can't run, and the Yankees are concerned that he might have a fracture that the original tests missed.

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: When Hiroki Kuroda hit free agency at the end of last season, he elected to return to the Hiroshima Carp in Japan. Kuroda has dealt with some shoulder and ankle injuries this season, but he's sporting a 2.89 ERA through 17 starts.
