Wall Street Journal | Daniel Barbarisi: Over the past ten years, the Yankees have been adding more and more scouts to their organization.  A lot of them are recent retirees like Matt Daley, who have been having great success evaluating players that, just a few years, or even months, before, they had found themselves playing against.
