NBC Sports | Aaron Gleeman: Masahiro Tanaka will indeed be the Opening Day starter. Tanaka obviously has earned the job after his dominant 2014 campaign (despite the injury). This will the first time the Opening Day starter was someone other than CC Sabathia since 2008. (Chien-Ming Wang!)

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: David Ortiz spoke out on Derek Jeter's The Player's Tribune regarding his alleged PED use, and he decried those that accused him, and claimed that his failed test in 2003 was the result of taking over-the-counter supplements that everyone was taking. He has also accused someone "in New York" of leaking his name to the press.

New York Post | George A. King III: The five-man rotation is just about set. It should be, in order: Masahiro Tanaka, Michael Pineda, CC Sabathia, Nathan Eovaldi, and then probably Adam Warren. Now, all Joe Girardi needs to hope is that his starters remain healthy.

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: Even though spring training is drawing to a close, Alex Rodriguez has not spent any time at first base; he will play the position for the first time against the Red Sox on Sunday.
