Chase Headley needs to regain his defensive abilities; Starlin Castro finds a mentor in Manny Ramirez; Dodgers are becoming the new Yankees

John E. Sokolowski-USA TODAY Sports

New York Post | George A. King III: With Didi Gregorius and Starlin Castro manning shortstop and second base respectively, the focus is now on Chase Headley to go back to being the plus defender he was prior to this past season. If Headley can return to normal, the Yankees will have a very good defensive infield.

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: After struggling for most of the season, Starlin Castro credits Manny Ramirez for helping him turn things around and end the 2015 season on a high note.

New York Post | Joel Sherman: The Dodgers' are getting criticized for not spending enough money to get Zack Greinke. If they had landed him, they'd be criticized for spending too much money. They're now walking a mile in the Yankees' shoes in that they've entered "damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don’t" territory.

Fangraphs Community Research | Danny Cioffari: By trading for Dustin Ackley, Starlin Castro, and Aaron Hicks, the Yankees may have found the ideal hitters to bank on turning things around with the help of Yankee Stadium.
