Minor League Ball | Wayne Cavadi: Left-hander Ian Clarkin missed all of the 2015 season due to injury, but he has started pitching again in the Arizona Fall League for the Surprise Saguaros with promising results so far.

New York Post | George King III: Two coaches the Yankees have fired, hitting coach Kevin Long and pitching coach Dave Eiland, have helped their respective teams reach the World Series that starts on Tuesday. Both coaches seem happy in their new positions, so good for them.

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: After losing Billy Eppler to the Angels to fill their GM vacancy, the Yankees could be losing another high-ranking front office member. Special assignment scout Jim Hendry has interviewed for an opening in the Phillies' front office.

Pinstriped Prospects | Robert Pimpsner: A good number of former Yankees are playing in the Caribbean Leagues, Mexican Leagues, and Venezuelan League this winter. Names like Alfredo Aceves, David Adams, and Ronnier Mustelier are all trying their hand at offseason play.
