Jerry Lai-USA TODAY Sports | Mike Vorkunov: According to reports, Johan Santana is actually okay after he seemed to experience a setback in his left shoulder the other day. Santana was going to stop pitching in the Venezuelan Winter League, but now his agent is saying that he has no structural damage and that he might pitch in the next round of Venezuelan playoffs.
