Ask Pinstripe Alley: Yankees mailbag questions request

One last mailbag to close out the year.

Ask Pinstripe Alley

This is it — the final week of 2023. It’s been a massive rollercoaster of a year, one that overall did not go well for the Yankees, but there’s hope for improvement in 2024 even if they missed out on one of their top targets in free agency. Juan Soto is a Yankee, he’ll be slotted right next to Aaron Judge in the lineup for at least this next season, and hopefully longer than that.

That being said, it’s clear that the Yankees have more work to do before the 2024 roster is finished. However, unless Brian Cashman has some Ninja Cash moves to pull out of his bag, that work will be there when the new year comes around. So, to close out the year, let’s focus on the highs and the lows of 2023, shall we? What were your favorite moments from the year? What moment broke your heart the most? What singular decision would you have changed if given the chance? If you’ve got questions like these, or anything else on your mind, send ‘em in for a chance to be featured in our Yankees mailbag.

Answers will run on Friday afternoon. All questions received by the night of December 28th will be considered. You can leave your submissions in the comment section below or by e-mail to pinstripealleyblog [at] gmail [dot] com.
