We ease out of Thanksgiving and back towards the hot stove.

It’s thankfully been a quiet Thanksgiving week for the most part, giving us all a chance to breathe during the holiday. With much of the country heading back towards normal life today, expect to see some more hot stove action in the coming days. There haven’t been many Yankee-related rumors lately, so hopefully they start to kick into gear a bit this week.

We’ll have plenty on the site for you on this fine Sunday, with Noah leading off with an Austin Meadows free agent target. Also, Malachi will argue that the state of the AL East means that this is a particularly important offseason for the Yankees to take a big swing, and Casey will discuss the career of Tom Tresh, number 69 on our Top 100. And in the afternoon, check out Peter’s analysis of Dylan Carlson, a Yankees trade target of past and present, and John’s weekly social media update.

Questions/Prompts:

1. What’s more likely to you, the Yankees winning over 100 games in 2024, or the Yankees winning fewer games than they won in 2023?

2. Will there be any nine-figure free agent signings this week?
