Today on Pinstripe Alley - 7/25/21

There’s no such thing as a must-win game in July. Had the Yankees dropped yesterday’s game in Fenway Park, they’d still show up today with a real (but fading) chance at the playoffs. But boy, after putting four runs across the board in the eighth to stun the Red Sox and steal a win, yesterday’s contest had the feel of a game the Yankees had to have. They still have a ways to go, but they have a chance to split the series and head to Tampa with some momentum.

Today, in light of how poorly the Yankees have fared on the whole in Boston this year, John reflects on stadiums that have recently played as Houses of Horror for the Bombers.
