One week after making history, Corey Kluber takes the mound once more. The Yankees have not lost since Kluber threw the Yankees’ first no-hitter in 22 years, and they’ll look to continue their winning ways with the veteran right-hander on the mound.

There’s obviously a lot to watch for tonight. New York’s starting pitching is in the midst of a historic stretch, having tossed 35 consecutive scoreless innings. Kluber will try to keep the multiple streaks alive one more night with more shutout ball. He’ll be opposed by former Mets starter Steven Matz. The left-hander has a 4.69 ERA and 4.08 FIP across 48 innings this season, having recorded 50 strikeouts against 15 walks.

On the lineup side, DJ LeMahieu will miss the game, as he becomes a father!

Rougned Odor will take over at second base. Giancarlo Stanton remains out, but is slated to do some “heavy” activity today, and should be nearing a return.
