After the off day following the season opener, the Yankees are back in action, and today we get to see an interesting debut.

Corey Kluber will make his regular season Yankees debut this afternoon. The two-time Cy Young winner has missed most of the last two years with injuries, but impressed the Yankees enough in workouts to sign him to a one-year, $11 million deal. He was mostly good in spring training, so we’ll see if he can carry that over as the regular season gets going.

Behind him, the Yankees will run out the same nine from Opening Day, albeit in a different order. Notably, Gary Sánchez has been bumped up a couple spots following his home run.

Taking on the Yankees’ lineup will be Ross Stripling. The former Dodger went to the Blue Jays in a trade deadline deal last season. Stripling struggled with the Jays last year, but has been pretty solid on the whole for his career.

Enjoy the baseball and go Yankees!
