Ask Pinstripe Alley: Yankees mailbag questions request

Another week down, another week closer to Opening Day. The Yankees’ spring is looking good so far, and we’re getting an inkling of the standout performers for the few competitions running in camp. For instance, Jay Bruce’s path to pinstripes is paved by his bat and he’s brought it so far. In most cases, however, there’s plenty of innings to go before any final decisions become clear.

In the meantime, there’s plenty of discussion to be had on what the Yankees’ choices should be. Is there a place for Mike Tauchman on this roster? Which of the hopeful starting pitcher candidates would you be comfortable sliding into long relief?
