Trevor Bauer, the 2020 NL Cy Young winner, will most likely sign a contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers or the New York Mets within the coming days. Bauer posted a 1.73 ERA last year over 73 innings. If Bauer does indeed head to Queens, it would put the Mets right up against or above the luxury-tax threshold of $210 million.
