NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: It’s no secret that Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton have been injury-prone these last few years. While it may not have necessarily been their faults that they’ve hit the IL so often, the big fellas have both decided to take a different approach to their offseason training. “In both cases, they lifted less than they have in the past,” Eric Cressey, the team’s director of health and performance said. “Aaron, in particular, has really taken a heavy interest in a lot of yoga.”

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: A decent amount of the Yankees roster is a bunch of question marks, especially the starting rotation. Because of that, many players will have to step up this season. Here’s a look at seven dark-horse candidates to make an impact in 2021, and you may be surprised by some of the names on the list.

NY Post | Mike Puma: The top free-agent starter on the market has reportedly narrowed his decision down to two teams. Trevor Bauer, the 2020 NL Cy Young winner, will most likely sign a contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers or the New York Mets within the coming days. Bauer posted a 1.73 ERA last year over 73 innings. If Bauer does indeed head to Queens, it would put the Mets right up against or above the luxury-tax threshold of $210 million.
