Since baseball shut down in March of last year, we have kept you posted on what the Yankees have been up to on social media. Although the season has come to an end for the Bombers, it’s still fun to check in our favorite players and Yankee figures. Here’s your weekly update on what your favorite Yankees have been doing on social media!
Luis Gil and Néstor Cortes Jr. reminisce on the 2021 season
You can already tell both Luis Gil and Néstor Cortes Jr. are ready for next season to start. Gil posted a highlight video of some of his best moments from this season, and Cortes posted a cool overhead picture of him warming up in the bullpen. Both pitchers had good seasons for the Yankees in 2021 and are looking to improve even further for next year.

Wandy Peralta signing autographs
No matter where he is, he might sign a baseball for you! Wandy Peralta was giving out autographs, saying he “will always” be there for his fans. If you run into Peralta over the winter, ask him for his signature!

Jonathan Loáisiga feeding a bull
A 2.17 ERA and can help feed bulls. That takes talent if you ask me and I’m not sure which is more impressive. Take a look at Jonathan Loáisiga feeding a bull during his free time this offseason. I guess you can say he’s still in the bullpen...
