Wrap up the work week with an open thread

MLB: New York Yankees at Toronto Blue Jays Gregory Fisher-USA TODAY Sports

Good news, friends, the Yankees don’t have to play any more games at Sahlen Field. Thank goodness the nightmare that is Buffalo’s ballpark exists as only that—a bad dream. The Yankees begin the final series of the regular season tonight, a three-game homestand against the upstart Miami Marlins. Andrés will have the preview for that a little later on.

What else is going on at PSA today? Pavich has our weekly mailbag, while Tom takes a look at the White Sox as a potential postseason opponent. Plus, Dan Kelly wraps up his interesting interview with the High-A Tampa hitting coach.

In the meantime, feel free to use this as your open thread. Enjoy!

Fun Questions

  1. On a scale of 1-10, how glad are you that the Yankees don’t have to play in Buffalo again?
  2. Any weekend plans?
