Well, that streak was fun while it lasted. The Yankees finally ran out of juice as the Red Sox salvaged the last contest of a three-game series at Fenway Park, but New York still enters the last week of the regular season in fine position and with a chance to secure homefield advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

Here, we’ll have our usual mailbag and fanpost calls, and we’ll preview the Yankees’ penultimate series of the year against the Blue Jays. Dan Kelly will also finish up his interview with pitching prospect Addison Russ.
