It’s always nice to wake up after another Yankees win, but it’s even better when it’s another blowout like last night. The Yankees made franchise history by hitting six-plus homers in back to back games and it may be a controversial opinion, but it’d be nice to see them do it for a third straight game. No pressure though.

Today starts out with a piece from Andrés looking at how J.A. Happ has quietly rebounded from a very poor start to his season, and Cooper follows him up with a discussion on where Luke Voit falls in the MVP race. Dan Kelly looks through the rookie performances that the Yankees have gotten so far, and Matt takes inspiration from one of the most dreadful bullpen performances in recent memory to flash back to a historic relief outing.

Fun Questions

1. What would you say are the odds for the Yankees regaining the AL East crown?

2. Is there an unlikely performance that you can remember that mirrors Kyle Higashioka’s three-homer night?
