New York Post | Justin Terranova: One of the names the Yankees were connected to in the above post was Starling Marte, then of the Diamondbacks. The outfielder did end up changing zip codes yesterday, but it wasn’t to a New York one. It was to a team run by a Yankee legend, who made a couple trades that could have an impact on his former team. Between trading for Marte and sending Jonathan Villar to the Blue Jays, Derek Jeter’s Marlins made two deals that could potentially could affect the Yankees this season. | Randy Miller: Aaron Boone’s reaction to the lack of Yankee moves was to look forward to some players returning from injury. He talked about how the team knows what they’re capable of if they play to their potential.
