In case you missed it, the Yankees beat the Red Sox last night, meaning they’ve won 13 of the last 14 matchups with their rivals. Perhaps things are more interesting when the New York-Boston rivalry is actually a rivalry, but there’s also something satisfying about watching the Red Sox get rocked every night out.

Tonight, the Yankees will try to clinch this four-game set when they take on the Red Sox on ESPN. J.A. Happ will be on the mound, and first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 EST.

Fun Questions

  1. With Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton out, the Yankees bumped Gio Urshela up into the cleanup spot. Who do you think should be hitting cleanup right now?
  2. Which slow start has surprised you the most? That of the Astros? The Nationals? The Red Sox?
