Pinstripe Alley open thread - 3/13/20

Hello friends, I think it’s an understatement to say that it has been a long week in the sports world, let alone the world at large. Sports has taken the backseat to a much larger issue across the country, as prevention of COVID-19 and the spread of the disease has become the top priority. I’ve been personally looking forward to Opening Day for a long time now, but like everyone else we’ll just have to hold on for a while longer.

In the meantime, our coverage of the Yankees and baseball continues here at Pinstripe Alley. While the season is delayed, it hasn’t been canceled outright and it is likely that we will still have baseball in 2020. Thus, we have our daily open thread as per usual and you’re free to use this space throughout the day. (As an aside, discussion of the coronavirus as it heavily pertains to recent events in baseball is expected, but please remember not to get political in these discussions as the site rules still apply on this thread.)
