Ask Pinstripe Alley: Yankees mailbag questions request

The mailbag is prepping for it’s 2021 debut.

Ask Pinstripe Alley

Before we begin, I want to take a moment to thank all of the readers who have sent in questions throughout the year. It was an unbelievably different year to cover than usual, and a lot of things were up in the air while we sat around waiting for baseball to return, but your involvement in creating discussions never wavered. Let’s hope for a bit more normalcy in 2021, and without further ado, let’s get right into it.

The final days of the year are waning, and our first mailbag of the new year is on the horizon. While the Yankees haven’t been particularly busy over the past couple of months, the scene around them suddenly looks a lot different. Their biggest competition just downsized and may not be done turning over their roster. How can the Yankees capitalize on the Rays trading away their ace? Is their stance of sitting pat going to work out if the division falls back around them? If you’ve got questions like these, or any other concerns on your mind, send them in to our Yankees mailbag.

Answers will run on Friday morning. All questions received by the night of December 31 will be considered. You can leave your submissions in the comment section below or by e-mail to pinstripealleyblog [at] gmail [dot] com.
