Welcome to November, folks. There may not be any games on the docket, but this figures to be a big month as free agency opens and some teams will be making significant changes to the makeup of their rosters. That is, of course, if the market doesn’t just freeze up and we sit around for two-three months waiting for moves of any kind. Please be the former, not the latter.

Tom leads off for us today, looking into how the Rays and Dodgers’ bullpens can be a guideline for the Yankees as they look to remodel. Josh delivers a deep dive into the discourse around analytics, Dan Carty argues that the Yankees should look to take advantage of the hesitancy among owners across the league, and Joe gives us the weekly social media wrap up.

Fun Questions:

1. Do you remember where you were when Derek Jeter became Mr. November?

2. Are you a Christmas music on November 1 kind of person?
