The ALDS begins this week, and the Yankees have a tough opponent ahead of them if they want to keep the hunt for their 28th championship alive.

The Rays have had the Yankees’ number all season long, but the postseason is a chance to rewrite the script. Can the Yankees’ full lineup make a difference against the Rays’ pitching? Will tempers flare in such an important setting? Should they advance, who would be a more favorable matchup in the ALCS?
