New York Daily News | Kristie Ackert: In addition to losing and missing out on a chance at winning the World Series, the Yankees’ ALDS loss to the Rays has ensured that they’re going to have to hear about Tampa Bay all winter. In a lot of ways, the Rays are the anthesis of the Yankees, and losing to them in particular is going to lead to a long winter.

New York Post | George A. King III: If the Yankees look to shed payroll in an attempt to get under the luxury tax, one potential player they could move is Adam Ottavino. After an excellent start to his Yankee career, he’s struggled since late 2019. While he could be someone the Yankees opt to trade, they would probably need to eat some money in order to do it.
