Division Series - New York Yankees v Tampa Bay Rays - Game Five Photo by Christian Petersen/Getty Images

We’re living in a weird world where the Rays are a win away from the World Series. At least it means that the Astros are getting what they deserved, finally. On the other side of the playoff bracket the Braves jumped out to a 2-0 series lead on the Dodgers last night, another surprising result. A Rays-Braves Fall Classic would indeed be a weird one, but at the same time I guess that fits 2020’s theme.

On the site today, Peter dives into the different paths that the Yankees’ bullpen can look like going forward, and Tyler recaps Hal Steinbrenner’s recent public comments. Tyler’s also got a documentary review featuring the 2000 World Series on the docket, and Matt takes us back to a forgotten World Series gem.

Fun Questions:

1. Should the Yankees be aggressive on the free agent reliever market this year?

2. What is your favorite memory from the Subway Series?
