The Yankees have a busy afternoon at hand, playing a straight doubleheader to wrap up the series with the Tigers. J.A. Happ, fresh off his three best starts of the season, will get the ball in the first game. Another strong outing could help his case in making a spot on the postseason roster.

As for the Tigers, Matthew Boyd will start. The one-time trade target has struggled in the second half, so it would be cool if the Yankees could take advantage. After Tuesday night’s loss, picking up a win in game one would be sweet. It should all start with teeing off on Boyd.
