The worst possible trade the Yankees could make

We’re just two days away from the trade deadline, and it has been an odd couple of weeks. Usually there are endless trade rumors flying around, but there haven’t been too many rumors about the Yankees. Also, one of their trade targets, Marcus Stroman, is now off the table. The Bombers are bound to do something in the next 48 hours, but it’s unclear what exactly. That brings us to this week’s FanPost Friday prompt:

What is the worst possible trade the Yankees could make?

It’s up to you to determine what would make this trade in particular bad. Maybe you don’t want the team to acquire a certain player, or give up a certain player in the process.
