Today represents a much-needed off-day. After a cataclysmic week in terms of pitching, the Yankees can use today to reset and breathe. Hopefully, they’ll come out tomorrow ready to take a quick two-game home series with the Diamondbacks, after righting the ship a bit with a nice win last night over the Red Sox to avoid a sweep.
And, of course, the trade deadline looms, now just two days away. Let’s continue to pray for pitching help by then.
