The Yankees will look to rebound tonight after being obliterated 19-3 in the first game of the series. New York’s pitching has really struggled of late as they own a 15.59 ERA as a starting staff over the last six games. James Paxton will be on the mound tonight to try and turn things around. The lefty is 3-0 with a 1.89 ERA in five career starts vs. the Sox, but it will be his first career appearance at Fenway Park.
Cameron Maybin will play in his first game since June 21ST as he has been reinstated from the IL. He’s starting in left, Mike Tauchman is in center, and Aaron Judge will patrol right field.
