More baseball! After this afternoon’s game, the Yankees and Rays are back for a second game and the series finale.
Weather again threatened to wreak havoc on the schedule, but after a delayed start, the Yankees came out on top 6-2. Aaron Boone got ejected, and now gets to come back and possibly get into it with the exact same umpiring crew.
The Yankees will be using Chad Green as an opener here in the nightcap. Thanks to Domingo German’s six innings, many key pieces in the bullpen should be good to go.
As for tonight, here’s the lineups the two teams will be running out.

DJ LeMahieu, Gary Sanchez, and Aaron Hicks will get the night off as Gleyber Torres, Austin Romine, and Mike Tauchman go back into the lineup. Gio Urshela sticks around after his impressive performance in the opener.
Tonight’s game can be seen on YES and streamed on fubo.tv and MLB.tv, and heard on WFAN and WADO. Go Yankees, go baseball.
