The 2019 MLB Draft wrapped up yesterday. Obviously looking to fill a need in the farm system, the Yankees selected quite a few infielders early. Don’t worry though, they drafted plenty of college pitchers before all was said and done. All that is left to do is wait to see who signs. Spoiler alert: Jack Leiter will almost certainly go to college.
Per usual, I’ve put together a list of the Yankees’ 2019 draft class. I included the Twitter handles for the players who I could locate. Holler in the comments if you find one I missed. There won’t be much info about signings for a few days at least, and it will take even longer before players get assigned to teams. Check back often as we will update this post when information becomes available.

6/7: According to Mark Feinsand, the Yankees signed T.J. Sikkema for slot value around $1.95 million. Ken Waldichuk, Zach Greene, Spencer Henson, Mitch Spence, and Jake Farrell have signed as well.

Kyle MacDonald also inked his deal yesterday. Chase Illig updated his Twitter bio to say that he is part of the org, too.
6/8 part two: Feinsand coming through with more updates. He reported that Shaine McNeely signed, along with Hayden Wesneski, Nick Paciorek, Oliver Dunn, Ryan Anderson, Kevin Milam, Edgar Barclay, and Javier Reynoso.
6/10: Exciting news: The Yankees signed first-round draft pick Anthony Volpe! He reportedly signed over-slot for $2,740,300. The value for the 30th pick was estimated around $2,365,500.
6/12: Evan Voliva tweeted that he will be joining the Yankees, and Zach Kohn added the org to his bio.
6/13: Finally an update on some of the high school picks: Zachary Maxwell will honor his commitment to Georgia Tech, and Chad Knight is headed to Duke. Ryan Brown is still weighing his options. As of Tuesday, Montana Semmel was waiting to hear an offer from the Yankees. Nate Espelin plans to go to Dayton University.
6/17: Matt Minnick added the org to his Twitter bio. Pat DeMarco is the only draft pick to make it to the College World Series, so he isn’t able to sign yet.
6/18: Fourth-round pick Jake Agnos has signed! Gerrit van Zijll, Nelson Alvarez, and Michael Giacone have also signed.
6/24: Updated the tracker to include some of the assignments that have started to trickle in.
6/25: The Gulf Coast League teams started playing, so more roster assignments have been made.
6/27: Updated the tracker to include the signing of Jake Pries, and many more roster assignments. Vanderbilt won the College World Series, and Pat DeMarco homered in their final game! There’s still no word on second-round pick Josh Smith or what the hold up is there.
7/7: Ryan Brown decided to go to college. It looks like Bryce Jarvis is going to stay at Duke for the meantime, according to his Twitter bio. There’s still no word on Josh Smith, but the deadline to sign is 7/12 so we will find out soon.
7/10: At long last, Josh Smith and the Yankees worked out a deal.
