Even if it ended on a sour note, the Yankees had a remarkable weekend. They put their high-powered offense on display, won the series against the Astros, and broke a franchise record. On top of all that, the 73rd annual Old-Timers’ Day was a resounding success; it even featured Mariano Rivera hitting an inside the park home run! How can you not love that?
As for today, the Bombers begin a three-game set against the Blue Jays. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM. In the meantime, use this as your open thread for the day. Enjoy!
