Third time’s the charm, right? After being on the wrong side in his last two starts, CC Sabathia will look for his 250th career win tonight. The Yankees’ offense, however, hasn’t given the veteran too much run support this year. Sabathia has seven starts of five or more innings pitched, and he’s been given two or fewer runs in support from his offense. All of those seven starts have been recorded as a loss or no-decision.
The Yankees’ lineup looks a lot more normal than what they’ve put out there for most of the season.
CC's on the bump for #250 tonight.
