Masahiro Tanaka's outing against the Mariners has been a grind. He doesn't have his trademark splitter working, so he's chasing every out he can get. When a Jay Bruce fly ball floated into the outfield, it looked like an easy out. A lack of communication between Clint Frazier and Brett Gardner, however, resulted in it falling for a hit. Tanaka was livid, and it's hard to blame him. Good thing he escaped the inning unscathed, right?
