After last night’s rainout, the Yankees are scheduled to play a doubleheader against the Royals today. We’ll see if the weather cooperates. For now, though, it looks like game one will proceed on time.

J.A. Happ will start the afternoon portion, and he badly needs a good start. The left-hander owns a 5.16 ERA (5.71 FIP) over 52.1 innings. His last start saw him allow six runs against the Orioles. He’s served up home runs at a ridiculous rate (2.24 HR/9), so perhaps a reasonable goal for him today is to keep the ball in the park.

Junis, meanwhile, hasn’t been much better for the Royals. He sports a 5.69 ERA (5.04 FIP) across 55.1 innings. Based on the starters, this game has the potential to be a high scoring affair.

Here are your lineups for the day:

First pitch is scheduled for 2:15 PM ET. You can watch on YES locally and MLBN for our out-of-market readers, or stream with FuboTV. WFAN and WADO have the radio calls. Go Yankees!
