The Yankees’ offense has been on fire of late, scoring 10 or more runs in their last three games. Yesterday’s win didn’t come in as stressful a fashion as Monday, as they jumped on the Orioles early. The homers, however, continued to fly. Clint Frazier hit two and Gary Sanchez hit another three-run shot after his game-winning one on Monday.
Tonight, they look to continue the hot streak, and clinch a series win in Baltimore.
CC Sabathia gets the start on the mound for the Yankees. Last time out, he was pretty solid against the Rays, allowing just one run in six innings. His main issue this season has been going deep into games, but hopefully the lineup can give him enough run support to possibly offset that issue.
As for the rest of the lineup, Kendrys Morales is back in there at first base, while Gio Urshela gets a night off. Noted Orioles’ destroyers Sanchez and Gleyber Torres are in there, so that’s something to keep an eye on.
Looking to keep rolling in Baltimore.

As for the Orioles, Dan Straily gets the ball tonight. He has been, um, not great this season, coming in with a 8.51 ERA. If you wondering what his FIP is and if he’s maybe due for some positive regression, that’s 7.75. Here’s what they’ll be running out behind him.
