After last night’s come-from-behind win, the Yankees decided to make it easy. The Bombers jumped out to an early lead, piled on, and then coasted to victory. Hard to argue with that strategy, isn’t it?
We’ll have a full recap later on. In the meantime, here are a few highlights:
Winner of the Game
Clint Frazier entered Tuesday night’s game mired in a long slump. He hit just .150/.209/.175 (-5 wRC+) since returning from the injured list on May 6. Apparently a trip to Baltimore is all it takes to snap out of it. Frazier went 2-for-4 with two home runs on the night. Like many of his teammates he seems to enjoy playing at Camden Yards. Hopefully this gets him going at the plate again.
Honorable Mentions: Gary Sanchez, Domingo German, David Hale
Loser of the Game
Nobody is a loser in an 11-4 victory, especially on a night when the Yankees appear poised to open up ground against the Rays and Red Sox. It might be smart to pay attention to the DJ LeMahieu foul ball situation.

Hopefully it’s just precautionary. Stand by as we stay on top of any developments.
