The West Coast trip has finally come to a close, and all things considered, it has to be seen has a success, even in spite of the two-game sweep in Arizona. Personally, I mostly associate these trips out west with late nights and frustrating losses, so this brief stretch of winning has felt like a nice change of pace.
The Yankees have another off-day today at the conclusion of their road trip. They’ll return to the friendly confines of Yankee Stadium tomorrow night as they kick off a three-game set with the Twins.
