For the second Friday in a row, the Yankees play a night game. This time, however, it will be televised. Thank goodness for that.
Masahiro Tanaka gets the start tonight. His outing makes for appointment viewing after the right-hander said he planned on introducing a knuckle-curveball into his repertoire. Kento had the breakdown here, and it’s well worth the read before the game.
The Yankees will also run out a lineup that looks eerily similar to the Opening Day one. It’s just missing Aaron Hicks and Gary Sanchez.
