Spring training isn’t really over until the Yankees play an exhibition game against the Nationals in DC, right? Tonight they opted to use an opener again, and will send Stephen Tarpley to the mound opposite of Anibal Sanchez. We already know that the lefty has made the Opening Day roster, so no pressure. He’ll get the chance to finish his spring with zero earned runs.
The Yankees will trot out a lineup that will almost certainly be used at some point during the season:

First pitch is scheduled for 5:05 ET. If you are in the area, it will be broadcast on MASN, otherwise you can follow the action on MLB Network or MLB.tv. Rain is in the forecast, but hopefully they can get the game in.
