I think we have hit the part of spring training where everyone is ready for it to be over. The Yankees have experienced an unpleasant injury outbreak, and now the priority has to be getting everyone healthy for Opening Day. Get tuned up and then move on to the regular season.
Domingo German gets the start today, and he appears to have locked up a rotation spot. The right-hander has allowed three runs — two earned — in 11.2 innings. He also has displayed a good feel for his changeup, a much needed third pitch.
