Yesterday’s game against the Phillies was rained out, so the Yankees travel to Lakeland to take on the Tigers this afternoon. Chance Adams will take the mound opposite of Michael Fulmer. Adams is coming off of a down year, so it’ll be interesting to see if he’s able to bounce back in 2019.
Here’s how the Yankees line up:

Aside from Matt Lipka, this is almost a real lineup! Both first base candidates will play today. That’s fun.
The Tigers apparently don’t believe in lineup graphics, but here’s their lineup anyway:
#TIgers lineup for today in Lakeland vs. #Yankees. 1. Josh Harrison, 2B; 2. Chris Stewart, LF; 3. Nicholas Castellonos, RF; 4. Miguel Cabrera, 1B; 5. Jaime Candelario, 3B; 6. Niko Goodrum, DH; 7. Jordy Mercer, SS: 8. Grayson, Greiner, C; 9. JaCoby Jones, CF; Michael Fulmer, RHP

Am I the only one who forgot Miguel Cabrera was an active baseball player?
The game will start at 1:05 ET, but there is no video broadcast today. Womp womp womp. You can listen to the Tigers’ booth via MLB.tv, or follow the action on Gameday. We’ll recap some highlights following the game.
