Baseball is back! The Yankees opened up spring training play just like they ended the postseason—losing to the Red Sox. Not a great start, but the good news is that these games are completely meaningless. Still, after four long months, baseball is baseball. I didn’t get to tune in yesterday, but I’m excited to catch today’s game.
Today they’ll take on the Tampa Bay Rays at Charlotte Sports Park. Jonathan Loaisiga gets the ball versus Tyler Glasnow. The right-hander doesn’t have much shot of cracking the Opening Day roster, but should be one of the first options in terms of rotation depth if anyone goes down with an injury.
Here is today’s lineup:

We’ll get our first looks at Luke Voit and DJ LeMahieu! It’s fun to have Estevan Florial in there, as well.
