The ideal Yankees off-season

STARTING LINEUP

SIGN COLE: That's the key, period.

Allow Didi to walk (already has to the Phillies?)

Move Gleyber back to SS and make DJL the everyday 2B moving forward.

Hicks will be out till about June following surgery, so sign Gardner to a one year deal.

Luke was playing hurt down the stretch. Had his surgery and ready for opening day.

Re-sign Dellin Betances to a one year deal, to prove he is all the way back.

Trade Andujar & Frazier to Zona for LH-SP Robbie Ray, but they have to take JA Happ.

Trade Tanaka for prospects. Strictly a cost-cutting move we'll need to make for Cole.

Let Romine walk and go with the cheaper option at backup Catcher, Kyle Higashioka.
