Awards season has wrapped up, and the hot stove has actually flickered a bit. Former Giants reliever Will Smith inked a three-year, $39 million deal with the Braves, one which seemed inspired by the Yankees’ deal with Zack Britton for similar terms. Hopefully, we get a few more early deals in before the winter meetings next month.
