After a disappointing series against the Rays, the Yankees get to kick off a new series tonight.
The Yankees will get to host the Blue Jays in the Bronx, which is generally a good thing. Even with the losses against the Rays, the Yankees have been pretty good at home on the season. Hopefully they can get that back on track tonight.
Lance Lynn will get the start on the mound, looking to continue the good start to his Yankee career. Other than him, it’s about as good a lineup as the current 25-man roster can construct, so that’s something.
Another series kicks off.

Marcus Stroman gets the ball for the Blue Jays in the series opener. His destroyer, Aaron Judge, still isn’t around for the Yankees, but hopefully the Yankees can still tag him for a couple runs, in what’s been a not great season for him.
