Should the Yankees get Brad Hand, Zach Britton, Or Kelvin Herrera instead of a starter?

So everyone knows that the Yankees will most likely add a starter during the deadline. Brian Cashman has been known to make some moves that not many expect and I've seen the idea of the Yankees adding another big time reliever to create a "Super bullpen" I personally like the idea because I think the most realistic options starter wise aren't that good for the Yankees besides Cole Hamels who I see as a postseason threat due to his success with philly. My dream scenario for the Yankees this deadline is to get Cole Hamels on a good deal and get Brad Hand. For the offseason I'm very big on the Yankees getting back Andrew Miller. Imagine a bullpen of Miller, Hand, Chapman, Kahnle, Green, Holder, Betances, D-ROB if brought back!!? Edit - Lastly getting one of these guys would potentially hurt the Astros during the deadline since they're in the market for a bullpen pitcher.
