Gary Sanchez for Eduardo Nunez

I have a trade proposal I think the gaggle of Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet will like--Eduardo Nunez for Gary Sanchez straight up. True, the Yankees and Red Sox don't trade very often, but I know this is one the angry fans of the New York Yankees will accept, because:

1) Nunez has a higher batting average than Sanchez, and according to Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman (aka most Yankee fans), batting average is by far the most important stat for a hitter.

2) Sanchez hits home runs, and according to Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman, home runs are the worst way to generate runs, because you can't score in the playoffs with home runs.

3) According to Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman, bunts are the best way to generate runs in the playoffs, and Nunez is a better bunter than Sanchez.

4) Sanchez is currently in a slump, and according to Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman, players who go into slumps never come out of them and immediately should be cut. Those Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman were sure part when they said Severino must be cut two years ago because he was in a slump, and players never come out slumps.

5) Sanchez lets by passed balls, and according to Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman, that's the only defensive stat that matters for catchers, and every wild pitch is Sanchez's fault.

6) Cashman traded Nunez, and according to Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman, every trade Cashman makes is horrible so every player he gives away is an All-Star. Therefore, Nunez is an All-Star.

So this would be a trade that would make Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman very happy. And if you read your own game threads on pretty much any website, including here, or the gaggle of panicking, angry, fickle Yankee fans on Twitter, you'll see that Angry Yankee Fans on the Internet who Hate Cashman make up the majority of Yankee fans, at least online. And don't you want to make the majority of your Internet fanbase happy?
